THE ROLE
We’re looking for a dynamic Event & Client Manager to serve as a hybrid leader across client/project management and event planning.
This role sits at the center of the action. You’ll be the steady hand keeping projects on track, the trusted partner guiding clients, and the detail-driven producer ensuring flawless execution. You’ll manage timelines, vendors, budgets, deliverables, and relationships—all while helping create experiences that matter.
It’s equal parts strategist, relationship-builder, and logistical ninja.
Client & Project Management
Serve as a point of contact for select clients, building trusted, professional relationships
Interact professionally and effectively with clients, sponsors, vendors, partners, and attendees
Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects our brand and standards
Lead project timelines from kickoff through post-event wrap-up, ensuring every milestone is met
Translate big-picture vision into detailed work plans with clear deliverables
Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions
Ensure projects stay on time, on budget, and aligned with strategic goals
Event Planning & Production
Manage venue coordination and vendor relationships
Build and maintain detailed project timelines, production schedules, run-of-show documents, and on-site logistics
Balance dozens of moving parts without dropping a detail
Travel and support on-site event execution, including occasional irregular hours during peak production
Troubleshoot calmly and creatively when the unexpected happens
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in event planning, project management, client services, or a related field
Demonstrated success managing large, complex projects simultaneously from start to finish
Experience with event production and logistics; venue/vendor management required
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Cvent, or similar platforms)
Strong writing and interpersonal communication skills
Data management and/or CRM experience with eagerness to deepen technical knowledge
Exceptional time management skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently
Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends and travel as required for event execution
Expected availability of 40 hours/week average
